A work session of the City Council of Vinton, Iowa was held on the 31st day of January 2024 at 5:00pm in City Hall Council Chambers, Vinton, Iowa. The following council members were present: Elwick, Gates, Hessenius, Parmater, Pflughaupt, Stark & Mayor Maynard.
Council members met with department heads to hear their budget requests for fiscal year 2025. No action was taken.
