SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
JULY 31, 2021
The City Council of the City of Vinton, Iowa met in special session on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 8:00am via Zoom with the following members participating:
Present: Gates, Hessenius, Parr, Stark
Absent: Edwards, Elwick
Mayor Maynard called the meeting to order.
Motion by Stark, second by Hessenius to approve the agenda as presented. Approved unanimously.
Mayor Maynard opened the public hearing to request reimbursement for COVID-19 equipment for Virginia Gay Hospital. After hearing no comments, Maynard closed the public hearing.
With no other items on the agenda, motion by Gates, second by Parr to adjourn the meeting. Time: 8:05am.
