   c) Approval of resolution authorizing the City of Vinton to enter into an easement agreement with Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District
   d) Approval of resolution authorizing the City of Vinton to enter into an easement agreement with Vernon S. Fleckner Trust
   e) Approval of resolution authorizing the City of Vinton to enter into an easement agreement with Vinton-Shellsburg Community School District
