COUNCIL MEETING
OCTOBER 31, 2023
A special meeting of the City Council of Vinton, Iowa was held on the 31st day of October 2023 in the City Hall Council Chambers, Vinton, Iowa. Mayor Maynard presided and the roll being called the following members were present: Elwick, Gates, Pflughaupt, Stark; Hessenius & Parmater were absent.
Motion by Stark, seconded by Gates to approve the agenda as presented. Question: Ayes – all. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Stark, seconded by Gates to approve the Class C retail alcohol license for Las Lomitas Mexican Grill. Question: Ayes – Elwick, Gates, Pflughaupt, Stark. Motion carried.
With no other business before the Council, motion by Pflughaupt, seconded by Gates to adjourn. Unanimously approved. Time: 12:05pm.
