- Storm sewer installation in the intersection of 6th Street and 1st Avenue
- Closing of 4th Avenue between 8th and 9th Street
- Grading and rocking of 4th Avenue between 8th and 9th Street
- Curb and gutter paving on 5th and 6th Avenue between 8th and 9th Street
- Driveway and sidewalk paving on 9th Street between C Avenue and 1st Avenue
