The Vinton Municipal Airport hereby announces its fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024 goal of 0.66% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) airport construction projects. The proposed goals and rationale is available for inspection between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday at the City Administrators Office, 110 West Third Street, Vinton, Iowa 52349 for 30 days from the date of this publication.
