SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 30, 2022
A special meeting of the City Council of Vinton, Iowa was held on the 30th day of September, 2022 at 12:00pm in the City Hall Council Chambers, Vinton, Iowa. Mayor Maynard presided via phone and the roll being called the following members were present: Bearbower (via phone), Elwick (via phone), Gates (via phone), Stark; Absent – Hessenius, Pflughaupt.
Motion by Stark, second by Elwick to approve the agenda. Question: Ayes – all. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Stark, second by Elwick to approve the class C liquor license for the Old Hospital Pub. Question: Ayes – all. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
With no other business before the Council, motion by Gates, second by Bearbower to adjourn. Approved unanimously. Time: 12:05pm
