COUNCIL MEETING
MARCH 7, 2024
A special meeting of the City Council of Vinton, Iowa was held at 4:00pm on the 7th day of March 2024 in the City Hall Council Chambers, Vinton, Iowa. Mayor Maynard presided and the roll being called the following members were present: Elwick, Hessenius, Parmater & Stark; Gates & Pflughaupt were absent.
Motion by Stark, seconded by Hessenius to approve the agenda as presented. Question: Ayes – all. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Hessenius, seconded by Stark to approve a class C retail alcohol license for the Vinton Country Club. Question: Ayes – Elwick, Hessenius, Parmater, Stark. Motion carried.
With no other business before the Council, motion by Parmater, second by Stark to adjourn. Approved unanimously. Time: 4:05pm.
