The City of Vinton, Iowa is seeking bids for Roof Replacement of City Hall. Bid to include a membrane style roof, with at least 1 ½ inches of insulation with a minimum 10-year leak free warranty. Also included should be any roofing accessories: protection board, nailers, curbs, risers, boots etc as needed to guarantee a leak-free roof. The bidder will familiarize themselves with the project and include within their Bid to furnish and install a complete product. Work to begin as soon as possible.
Bids must be turned into Melissa Schwan, City Clerk prior to 12:00pm on Monday, November 23, 2020 to be fully considered.
