   c. Discussion of amending the Vinton Code of Ordinances 92.02 (Rates for Water Service)

   a. First consideration of Ordinance 1074 – an ordinance amending the code of ordinances of the City of Vinton, Iowa by amending provisions pertaining to water rates.
   b. Public hearing for the FY22 budget amendment
   c. Approval of resolution amending the current budget for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022
   d. Public hearing for the draft environmental assessment for the Vinton Veterans Memorial Airport
