SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
APRIL 21, 2022
A special meeting of the City Council of Vinton, Iowa, was held on the 21st day of April, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., in the City Hall Council Chambers, Vinton, Iowa. Mayor Maynard presided and the roll being called the following Council Members were present and absent: Present: Pflughaupt, Elwick, Bearbower, and Stark; Absent: Gates and Hessenius.
Motion by Pflughaupt, second by Elwick to approve the consent agenda. Question: Ayes – All. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Bearbower, second by Pflughaupt to set a date for a public hearing on the Draft Environmental Assessment for the Vinton Veterans Memorial Airport for Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 7:00 P.M.: Question- Pflughaupt, Elwick, Bearbower, Stark. Nays -None. The Mayor declared the motion carried.
Motion by Elwick, second by Stark to adjourn the meeting. Question: Ayes – All. The motion carried. Time: 6:02 p.m.
